The generational change in Teknia is built part by part. The company is amidst a generational change and in its plants people of different ages coexist. They are parts of a team in which generational diversity is one of its great strengths. We are better together.

I think the new executive team led by my son has many ideas that can be very useful for the Teknia of the future. Because we must look to the future.

Teknia is committed to developing young talent in the regions where the company operates to position itself as a leader in the professional development of its teams. As part of this commitment, Teknia has launched the innovative Moving Talent program, designed to nurture the talent of new generations. This program aims to involve young professionals from various Teknia centers worldwide, providing them with a comprehensive view of the company and its strategies.

The company also maintains active collaboration with educational entities to promote the professional growth and employability of future professionals entering the automotive industry. A notable example of this commitment is Teknia’s sponsorship of the Formula Student teams from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the Rzeszów University of Technology (Poland).
